This apartment restoration project was completed 1982.

This apartment complex is located about 500 yards from the Baltic sea in the south of Sweden. It is a great example of how long the Allback linseed oil paint last.

This building has not had any maintenance since it was completed 25 years ago. The ocean is pounding this area in all seasons especially in the winter months. There is no challenge for the good old organic purified linseed oil paint from Allback.
