Teak cockpit surface cleaned with the organic
purified linseed oil soap and waxed with the organic purified
linseed oil wax.
This surface is very durable marine finish. The surface
should be maintained on a yearly or on as needed basis.
New wood may need two thin wax coats in the first season
as can be seen in the below sequence of photos. Applying
too much wax will cause streaks on the surface.

Organic Purified Linseed oil wax is a much longer lasting
wood finish compared to any marine wood preservative/ varnish
available from a marine store today. Organic Linseed oil
wax never cracks, peels or traps moisture that can cause
the wood to rot.
This is an amazing product replicates what was used 100’s
of years ago before any chemical products were invented.
It worked then and it works now!
Spray the surface lightly with water. Apply the Organic
linseed soap directly onto the surface. Scrub the surface
with a stiff decks brush over the entire surface. Rinse
with the water hose. No need for power washing. The linseed
oil soap in conjunction the scrubbing will remove any gray
wood and dirt. Allow the surface to dry. Apply the organic
linseed oil wax, sparingly.
Maintenance: Maintain with purified linseed
oil soap (just pour the soap on the surface with a small
amount of water. Scrub with a decks brush. Rinse with water).
